The NEaT Christmas Party 2016 and our first Translation Slam was held on 5 December at PAM in Hakaniemi, Helsinki.
The annual NEaT Picnic took place in Suomenlinna on Saturday, August 20, 2016. We had great weather and a fun atmosphere.
The Style Discussion roundtable was on Friday, October 7, 2016. Rebecca von Bonsdorff lead the discussion with the help of Alice Lehtinen and Terese Forster. This session covered the serial comma, singular they and the passive voice.
We did a workshop at the KAJ offices on the 15th of September 2016 at 5 pm. Julie Uusinarkaus presented examples of writing a personal style guide for your own use or for a specific client.
NEaT and Finnbrit co-hosted our second English Today seminar at the Finnbrit premises on 11 March. You can see the program here.
The AGM was held on 5 April 2016.
